ORDER OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF MOLDOVA

About change of class of Consulate with the headquarters in the city of Odessa, Ukraine, and modification of appendix No. 4 to the Order of the Government No. 697/2017 about the organization and functioning of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration

Based on part (5) article 6 of the Law No. 761/2001 on diplomatic service (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2002, No. 20, the Art. 80), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

1. Approve according to the offer of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration change of class of Consulate with the headquarters in the city of Odessa, Ukraine, in Consulate general of the Republic of Moldova in the city of Odessa, Ukraine.

2. To the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration to submit for approval to the Government structure and the number of staff of Consulate general of the Republic of Moldova in the city of Odessa, Ukraine, and also official benefits in foreign currency for his employees.

3. In appendix No. 4 to the Order of the Government No. 697/2017 about the organization and functioning of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration (2017, No. 329, the Art. 802), with subsequent changes, line item "Consulate with the headquarters in the city of Odessa, Ukraine" to replace the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova with line item "Consulate general of the Republic of Moldova in the city of Odessa, Ukraine".

4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
