About change of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus

For the purpose of enhancement of procedure of architectural, town-planning and construction activities I decide:

1. No. 26 "About measures for enhancement of construction activities" to add Item 1 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of January 14, 2014 with subitem 1.7-1 of the following content:

"1.7-1. in case of construction of buildings and constructions application of the project documentation developed on construction and technical regulations of other countries and which passed the examination according to the legislation of the country according to which standard rates designing of object was performed is allowed. The procedure for construction of specific objects in the territory of the Republic of Belarus on regulations of other countries, acceptances for operation of such objects, implementation of supervision of them in case of construction is established by Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus.

Provisions of part one of this subitem do not extend to construction, including designing, nuclear installations and (or) Items of storage, and also burial Items;".

2. This Decree becomes effective after its official publication.
