Article 1

Article 31 of the Federal Law of December 29, 2012 No. 273-FZ "About education in the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2012, No. 53, Art. 7598; 2021, No. 1, the Art. 56) to add with part 2.1 following of content:

"2.1. The scientific organizations which list affirms the Government of the Russian Federation have the right to perform educational activities for programs of specialist programme.
