1. Establish rate of import customs duty of the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union approved by the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of September 14, 2021 No. 80, concerning parts of gas turbines capacity more than 5000 kW, but no more than 50 000 kW classified by code 8411 99 001 9 of the CN FEA EEU in the amount of 0 percent from customs value from the effective date of this Decision till March 31, 2024 inclusive.

2. Bring in the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union approved by the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of September 14, 2021 No. 80, the following changes:

a) to add line item with code 8411 99 001 9 of the CN FEA EEU in the column of the fourth with the reference to the note "<77C>";

b) to add notes to the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union with the note 77C of the following content:

"<77C> the Rate of import customs duty in the amount of 0 (zero) % of customs value is applied from the effective date Decisions of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of January 24, 2023 No. 9 till 31.03.2024 inclusive.".
