About modification of the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of November 17, 2015 No. 154

According to Item 120 of the Protocol on application of special protective, anti-dumping and countervailing measures in relation to the third countries (appendix No. 8 to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014) and based on the report of Department of protection of the domestic market of the Eurasian economic commission prepared by results of the repeated investigation made for the purpose of establishment of bypass of the operating anti-dumping measure provided by the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of November 17, 2015 No. 154, Board of the Eurasian economic commission solved:

1. Bring in the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of November 17, 2015 No. 154 "About application of anti-dumping measure by means of introduction of anti-dumping duty concerning the truck tires coming from People's Republic of China and imported on customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union" the following changes:

a) add with Items 1 (1) and 1(2) following contents:

"1(1). Extend action of the anti-dumping measure provided by this Decision to the wheels coming from People's Republic of China and imported on customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union the tradable, classified by code 8708 70 990 9 CN FEA EEU and delivered assembled (set) with the truck tires specified in Item 1 of this Decision.

Determine that concerning wheels tradable, specified in paragraph one of this Item, rates of anti-dumping duties in the sizes specified in appendix No. 1 to this Decision depending on the producer of truck tires are applied, assembled (set) with which such wheels are delivered.

1(2). Determine that anti-dumping measure concerning wheels tradable, specified in Item 1 (1) this Decision, it is not applied in the presence of the document issued by authorized body of state member of the Eurasian Economic Union and confirmatory that wheels tradable are intended for production of cargo vehicles.";
