1. Establish rate of import customs duty of the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union approved by the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of September 14, 2021 No. 80, concerning polyvinylchloride of this Decision plasticized for the production of wall-paper classified by code 3904 22 000 1 of the CN FEA EEU in the amount of 0 percent from customs value from the effective date till February 29, 2024 inclusive.

2. Bring in the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union approved by the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of September 14, 2021 No. 80, the following changes:

a) to add line item with code 3904 22 000 1 of the CN FEA EEU in the column of the fourth with the reference to the note "<72C>";

b) to add notes to the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union with the note 72C of the following content:

"<72C> the Rate of import customs duty in the amount of 0 (zero) % of customs value is applied from the effective date Decisions of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of January 25, 2023 No. 7 till 29.02.2024 inclusive.".
