About introduction of amendments to article 6-1 of the Law on drugs No. 1409/1997

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. - In article 6-1 of the Law on drugs No. 1409/1997 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1998, Art. No. 52-53, 368), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

part (to state 1) in the following edition:

"(1) the National price catalog is created and controlled the Agency on drugs and medical products. The national price catalog is updated monthly based on the prices declared by the producer approved by the order of the CEO of the Agency on drugs and medical products.";

add Article with part (1-1) following contents:

"(1-1) Price of the producer of drugs affirms the Agency on drugs and medical products. The corresponding price is established in national currency and is calculated based on the average official rate of Moldovan leu for the last 12 months, preceding month of giving of document package.";

parts (2) - (2-2) and (to state 3) in the following edition:

"(2) the National price catalog contains price information of the producer both on the imported drugs, and on drugs of local production. In case of the imported drugs in the National price catalog the price of the producer in national currency and in foreign currency is specified.

(2-1) Price of the producer of drugs affirm for a period of one year, since day of the publication of the order of the CEO of the Agency on drugs and medical products. The corresponding price can be reduced at the request of the applicant irrespective of fluctuations of the official rate of Moldovan leu.

(2-2) V departure from part provisions (2-1) term for which the price of the producer of drugs was approved can be extended up to three years in case of price fixation of the producer for medicine by the procedure of direct negotiations.";

"(3) Calculation and price approval of the producer on drugs are performed in case of observance of the following conditions:
