About modification of some regulations

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. - In the Law on accreditation of suppliers of social services No. 129/2012 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2012, No. 181-184, of the Art. No. 593), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1. Item e) Article 5 to state in the following edition:

"e) non-profitable nature of activities;".

2. Item and) Article 11 to state in the following edition:

"a) The state social inspection (further - Inspection) - the administrative authority subordinated to the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection given authority on accreditation of suppliers of social services;".

3. Recognize Article 12 invalid.

5. Part B (1) Article 28 of the word", the State social inspection" to exclude.

6. In all text of the law the word "Council" in any case to replace with the word "Inspection" in the corresponding case, except for parts (2) Article 18 concerning National council by assessment and accreditation in health care system, and in the prolog of Article 14 of the word "Council Is Allocated" shall be replaced with words "Inspection is allocated".

Art. II. - The name and part (1) article 26-1 of the Law on the public assistance No. 547/2003 (2004, Art. No. 42-44, 249), with subsequent changes, after the words "State Control" to add the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova with the words "and accreditation".

Art. III. - (1) This law becomes effective since January 1, 2023.
