About modification of the Regulations on federal state supervision of activities of self-regulatory organizations
The government of the Russian Federation decides:
1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the Regulations on federal state supervision of activities of self-regulatory organizations approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of November 22, 2012 No. 1202 "About approval of the Regulations on federal state supervision of activities of self-regulatory organizations" (The Russian Federation Code, 2012, No. 48, Art. 6709; 2018, No. 33, Art. 5434; 2021, No. 30, Art. 5774).
2. This resolution becomes effective since September 1, 2023.

1. To state the subitem "v" of Item 5 in the following edition:
"c) observation of observance of mandatory requirements by self-regulatory organizations in case of placement of information by them on the Internet, and also behind observance of mandatory requirements by means of information analysis about their activities or actions which is provided by such self-regulatory organizations (including by means of use of federal state information systems) in body of federal state supervision according to the Federal Laws and other regulatory legal acts of the Russian Federation accepted according to them or can be received (including within interdepartmental information exchange) body of federal state supervision without assignment on self-regulatory organizations of the obligations which are not provided by the Federal Laws and other regulatory legal acts of the Russian Federation accepted according to them;".
