Chapter 1. Basic provisions

Article 1. The basic concepts used in this Law

1.1. The basic concepts used in this Law have the following values:

1.1.1. subjects of micro, small and medium entrepreneurship - the commercial legal entities and individual entrepreneurs carried based on article 4-1 of the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About business activity" to subjects of micro, small and medium entrepreneurship;

1.1.2. competent structure - the body (structure) determined by relevant organ of the executive authority, keeping development of micro, small and medium entrepreneurship, participating in regulation of micro, small and medium entrepreneurship, protection of interests of the specified subjects of entrepreneurship and the solution of their problems, rendering them services which list affirms the body (structure) determined by relevant organ of the executive authority coordinating the services rendered by state bodies (structures) and private structures to subjects of micro, small and medium entrepreneurship;

1.1.3. the unified register of subjects of micro, small and medium entrepreneurship - the collection of electronic information about the legal entities and individual entrepreneurs carried to subjects of micro, small and medium entrepreneurship, the services and measures of support given them by the state, results of assessment of their activities;
