being guided by provisions of the Agreement on bases of the interstate relations of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Republic of Belarus of December 29, 1991, fundamental documents of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS), Eurasian economic community (EurAsEC) and Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO),

being convinced that coordination of actions and close cooperation will promote protection and promotion of interests of both states on the international scene,

confirming commitment to strengthening of the world, safety and mutually beneficial cooperation with other states according to the purposes and the principles of Articles of organization of the United Nations,

agreed as follows:

I. Forming of the contractual legal base of the bilateral relations

The parties will regularly communicate about the course of preparation of drafts of international treaties between the Kyrgyz Republic and the Republic of Belarus, accomplishment of the interstate procedures necessary for entry into force and implementation of international treaties, and also, in cases of need, other international legal documents with participation of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Republic of Belarus.

The parties will make further efforts on enhancement and strengthening of the contractual legal base of cooperation and to try to obtain effective implementation of already available agreements and agreements.

II. Bilateral consultations

The parties will carry out:

1. consultations at the level of Ministers of Foreign Affairs and/or their deputies for topical issues of the Kyrgyz-Belarusian relations and the international subject (under additional approval);

2. thematic consultations at the level of heads of structural divisions and experts:

- on inventory count of the contractual legal base of the bilateral relations;

- concerning multilateral cooperation within the CIS, EurAsEC and the CSTO;
