The government of the Kyrgyz Republic and the Government of the Republic of Belarus which are hereinafter referred to as with the Parties

being guided by the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Belarus, the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic, the Government of the Russian Federation and the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan on mutual recognition and equivalence of education documents, academic degrees and ranks of November 24, 1998,

aiming at preserving and development of scientific bonds,

confirming the aspiration to continue mutually beneficial cooperation in the field of certification scientific and research and educational personnel of the top skills,

agreed as follows:

Article 1

Authorized bodies under this agreement are the relevant state bodies of certification of the states of the Parties.

Article 2

The parties recognize the qualification documents of the state sample on award of academic degrees and assignment of academic statuses issued by authorized body of the state of other Party in the territories of the states.

Recognition of documents of the state sample on award of academic degrees and assignment of academic statuses does not involve unconditional distribution on their owners of the rights established by the Parties in the territories of the states for owners of national state documents.

Comparability (equivalence) of qualification documents of the state sample on academic degrees and academic statuses is established in the course of recertification of their owners.

Recertification of the owner of the qualification document is carried out by authorized body of the state in the territory of which he constantly lives, on the mechanism developed by each Party.
