RESOLUTION OF COUNCIL OF MINISTERS OF THE REPUBLIC OF BELARUS

About change of resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus

In pursuance of paragraph two of article 2 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of October 6, 2022 "About change of the Law of the Republic of Belarus "About the state security agencies of the Republic of Belarus" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 207-Z

1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:

1.1. paragraph two of Item 2-1 of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of April 10, 2001 No. 495 "About the State system of the prevention and liquidation of emergency situations", the name of appendix 1 to this resolution after words of "public administration" to add with words "other state bodies,";

1.2. 5, subitems 6.7 and 6.7-1 of Item 6 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2001 No. 1605, after words "judicial examinations" to add subitem 5.3 of Item with words Committee for State Security, in the corresponding case;

1.3. the first offer of subitem 13.1 of Item 13 of the Regulations on procedure for preparation, consideration, approval and registration of projects (programs) of the international technical assistance, and also inventories (property, including money), works and services provided for implementation of these projects (programs), the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of November 21, 2003 to No. 1522, to state in the following edition:

"13.1. approval of the project with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Taxes and Tax Collection, other republican state bodies, and also Committee for State Security on the questions which are within their competence.";

1.4. in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of September 23, 2006 No. 1244 "About obligatory legal examination of regulatory legal acts":
