About measures for ensuring timely salary payment

For the purpose of the ensuring timely salary payment and (or) other payments made according to the legislation on work I decide:

1. Determine that:

1.1. in case of establishment by Department of State Labour Inspection of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection, its territorial subdivisions (further - Department) the facts * nonpayments (incomplete payment) by the employer at the scheduled time of the salary and (or) other payments which are due to the worker according to the legislation on work (further - the salary), the Department takes out the requirement, obligatory for execution by the employer, about elimination of violations of the law about work for ensuring salary payment.

In case of elimination by the employer of violations in the time of measure of responsibility for these violations established in the requirement for his officials are not applied.

Establishment of the nonpayment facts by Department (incomplete payment) by the employer of the salary can be performed by receipt of information ** and studying of the documents requested at the employer connected with charge and salary payment;
