About modification of the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Instruction about procedures of authorized state body for forecasting and budget implementation for accounting" of August 16, 2017 No. 488

For the purpose of enhancement of report forms about execution of the republican budget, according to Articles 27, of 116, 118 Budget codes of the Kyrgyz Republic, articles 13, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Instruction about procedures of authorized state body for forecasting and budget implementation for accounting" of August 16, 2017 No. 488 the following changes:

in the Instruction about procedures of authorized state body for forecasting and budget implementation for accounting approved by the above-stated resolution:

- add Item 13 with paragraphs the fifty sixth - the sixtieth the following content:

- KSK "Electronic payments".

In the summary report of balance of the Ledger according to the government budget:

- KSK "Investment of funds" - are considered temporarily available funds of budgets of budget system placed in commercial banks which are subject to return before completion of the current fiscal year;

- KSK "Electronic payments" - are considered the receipts of budgets of budget system through the State electronic payment system which are subject to accounting from the moment of transfer on EKS.";

- in appendix 3 to the above-stated Instruction:
