About modification of some regulations

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. - In the Law on National Bank of Moldova No. 548/1995 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2015, Art. No. 297-300, 544), with subsequent changes to make the following changes:

1. Part (to state 3-1) Articles 11 in the following edition:

"(3-1) Notification on the individual acts issued by National Bank are performed according to Article 11-2.".

2. Add the law with Articles 11-2 and 11-3 of the following content:

"Article 11-2. Notification on individual acts and documents of National Bank

(The National Bank can notify 1) on the act or of the document:

a) by transfer (delivery) of the act or the document with signing of the receipt on assurance of receipt;

b) by mail the registered mail with the assurance of receipt;

c) courier service with the assurance of receipt;

d) by fax;

e) by means of electronic means of communication (e-mail or target electronic means of communication);

f) by publication of the official report according to part (5);

g) by publication of the act or the document in the cases provided by the law;

h) by publication of the official report about availability of the act or document in the location of National Bank according to part (10).

(2) the National Bank can establish by means of regulations obligatory communication by means of electronic means of communication within administrative production.

(3) in the presence of the authorized representative the National Bank notifies this representative on the act or the document. In this case the National Bank shall not notify on the act or the document and the represented person.

(4) Under advice about the act or the document of National Bank the registered mail by mail or courier service is considered that date of the notification of the addressee on the act or the document is the date specified in the assurance of receipt.
