About introduction of amendments to the order of the acting minister on investments and development of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 342 of March 26, 2015 "About approval of admissible parameters of the vehicles intended for movement on highways of the Republic of Kazakhstan"

I ORDER:

1. Bring in the order of the acting minister on investments and development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 26, 2015 No. 342 "About approval of admissible parameters of the vehicles intended for movement on highways of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 11009) the following changes:

exclude Item 1-1.

2. Declare invalid the order of the Minister of the industry and infrastructure development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 7, 2022 No. 691 "About modification of the order of the acting minister on investments and development of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 342 of March 26, 2015 "About approval of admissible parameters of the vehicles intended for movement on highways of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts No. 31088).

3. To provide to committee of transport of the Ministry of the industry and infrastructure development of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of the industry and infrastructure development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-minister of the industry and infrastructure development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

5. This order becomes effective from the date of its first official publication.
