About introduction of amendments to article 32 of the Law on regulations No. 100/2017
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Single Article. - In article 32 of the Law on regulations No. 100/2017 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2018, Art. No. 7-17, 34), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:
add Article with part (2-1) following of content:
"(2-1) Drafts of regulations concerning the status of autonomous territorial education Gagauzia and/or powers of its authorities are sent for approval to People's Assembly of autonomous territorial education Gagauzia.";
part (to add 5) with the offer of the following content: "Drafts of regulations of People's Assembly of autonomous territorial education Gagauzia can be transferred to approval to the ministries and other central administrative authorities responsible for area to which the corresponding project belongs.".
