About modification of the Regulations of Parliament accepted by the Law No. 797/1996

Single Article. - The regulations of Parliament accepted by the Law No. 797/1996 (repeated publication: 2007, No. 50, the Art. 237), with subsequent changes to add the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova with Article 58-1 of the following content:

"Article 58-1. The conclusions of People's Assembly of autonomous territorial education Gagauzia on drafts of regulations

(1) the Drafts of regulations concerning the status of autonomous territorial education Gagauzia and/or powers of its authorities are transferred to approval to People's Assembly of autonomous territorial education Gagauzia.

(2) Non-presentation of the conclusion in time, not exceeding 30 days or in shorter time established by the Chairman of the parliament does not interfere with consideration of the project by Parliament.

(3) If the responsible permanent commission will organize public hearings according to the draft of the regulation concerning the status of autonomous territorial education Gagauzia and/or powers of its authorities also representatives of People's Assembly of autonomous territorial education Gagauzia are invited to hearings.".
