This Law governs the legal relations arising during the forming and accomplishment of the National program of informatization

Section I. General provisions

Article 1. Determination of terms

1. In this Law the stated below terms are used in such value:

1) administration of means of informatization - the type of management activity of the owner and/or technical administrator of means of informatization in case of operation of means, is aimed at providing controllability (management) with such means of informatization and/or its availability to users of information and communication systems and means of informatization;

2) the database - the systematized data set reflecting condition of objects and their interrelations in certain subject sphere;

3) databank - system of the hardware-software, organizational and technical means intended for centralized accumulating, processing and use of data;

4) contractors of tasks, projects, works on informatization of the National program of informatization (further - contractors) - the companies, organizations, the organizations irrespective of pattern of ownership, physical persons - entrepreneurs who are determined by customers according to the legislation in the field of public purchases;

5) the General state customer of the National program of informatization (further - the general customer) - the central executive body providing forming and realization of state policy in spheres of digitalization, digital development, digital innovations and technologies, electronic control and electronic democracy, development of information society, informatization;
