About change of some Orders of the CEO of Customs Service

Appendix 1 and appendix 2 to the Order of the CEO of Customs Service No. 30-O/2014 on approval of forms of recovery by enforcement of the customs obligation and the standard agreement about change of repayment period of the customs obligation by delay or payment by installments of payments (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2014, No. 27-34/124): exclude the word "originally".
2. In Item 8 of appendix No. 1 and appendix No. 3 to the Order of Customs Service No. 333-O/2014 on the form, procedure for filling and use of the Decision on settlement (2014, Art. No. 256-260, 1250) the word "originally" to exclude the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
3. To impose control of execution of this order on chiefs of customs authorities and chiefs of divisions of central office.
4. This order becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
