Changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation concerning management of the federal property which is outside the Russian Federation

In item 4 (1) orders of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 3, 2004 No. 739 "About powers of federal executive bodies on implementation of the rights of the owner of property of the federal state unitary enterprise" (The Russian Federation Code, 2004, No. 50, Art. 5074; 2020, No. 9, of the Art. 1189) of the word "and also procedure for decision making about write-off of such property" shall be replaced with words "procedure for decision making about write-off of such property, and also procedure for decision making about participation of the federal state unitary enterprise in the commercial and non-profit organizations founded abroad about the conclusion of the contract of particular partnership with foreign citizens and foreign legal entities".

The regulations on Federal Agency for State Property Management approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 5, 2008 No. 432 "About Federal Agency for State Property Management" (Russian Federation Code, 2008, No. 23, Art. 2721), to add with subitem 5.22 (1) the following content:
