1.1. This Instruction is developed based on article 21 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About pledge of personal estate" (further the Law), and determines order of registration of pledges of personal estate in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Tajikistan, justice department of the Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous Region and areas and procedure for maintaining the Unified state register of bail bonds (further the Register).

1.2. The terms used for the purposes of this Instruction mean:

Accounting number - the number assigned by system of the Register, allowing to have access to the database of the Register for implementation of registration and searches.

The owner of accounting number - person who has Identification number as it is established in this Instruction. Him is person to whom accounting number in the database of the Register is assigned. The pawnbroker can also be the owner of accounting number.

The database - the database created and used by the Register according to the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About pledge of personal estate".

The statement - the copy of the document issued by system of the Register can be also issued in the form of Registration confirmation, search or details of accounting number.

The password - the personal number of the owner of accounting number allowing use of own accounting number.

Payment - the Register service fee according to regulatory legal acts.
