About modification of the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of May 16, 2012 No. 45

According to article 46 of the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014 and items 4 and 37 Protocols on measures of non-tariff regulation concerning the third countries (appendix No. 7 to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014) the Board of the Eurasian economic commission solved:

1. Bring in the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of May 16, 2012 No. 45 "About single form of the conclusion (the allowing document) for import, export and transit of the separate goods included in the single inventory to which measures of non-tariff regulation in trade with the third countries, and methodical instructions for its filling" the following changes are applied:

a) in Item 2 of the word "appendices No. 3 - 15 - 21 to the Decision" to replace 12, with the word "Decision";

b) in methodical instructions for filling of single form of the conclusion (the allowing document) for import, export and transit of the separate goods included in the single inventory to which measures of non-tariff regulation in trade with the third countries are applied, approved by the specified Decision:

add Item 7 with words ", taking into account paragraph two of Item of 17 presents of methodical instructions";

add Item 17 with the paragraph of the following content:

"If several countries of destination (departure) are provided in the agreement (contract), in line the entry "In accordance with the terms of the Agreement (Contract)" is made. If said countries belong to the countries of the European Union, in line the entry "EU countries" is made.".

2. This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
