1. Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 10, 2009 No. 175 "About functioning of check points through Frontier of the Republic of Belarus" the following changes:
in preamble of the word "According to Part Four of Article 28 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 21, 2008" shall be replaced with words "Based on part four of article 28 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 21, 2008 No. 419-Z";
state Item 1 in the following edition:
"1. Approve Regulations on procedure for functioning of check points through Frontier of the Republic of Belarus it (is applied).";
