About change of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 20, 2019 No. 406

Based on part five of Item 2 of Article 61 and Item 2 of article 254 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 10, 2014 "About customs regulation in the Republic of Belarus" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 129-Z

1. Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 20, 2019 No. 406 "About measures for implementation of the Agreement on the Customs code of the Eurasian Economic Union" the following changes:

from part one of Item 8 of the word", the paragraph of the fourth Item 3" to exclude;

add the subitem with the paragraph of the following content:

"provision of information access, arriving from video cameras, the officials of customs authorities identified on workplaces, and also to the information which is written down from these cameras stored in system of video surveillance, only to officials of customs authorities;".
