About modification of the Regulations on maximum permissible emissions, temporarily permitted emissions, maximum permissible standard rates of harmful physical impacts on atmospheric air and permissions to emissions of pollutants in atmospheric air

1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the Regulations on maximum permissible emissions, temporarily permitted emissions, maximum permissible standard rates of harmful physical impacts on atmospheric air and permissions to emissions of pollutants in atmospheric air approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of December 9, 2020 No. 2055 "About maximum permissible emissions, temporarily permitted emissions, maximum permissible standard rates of harmful physical impacts on atmospheric air and permissions to emissions of pollutants in atmospheric air" (The Russian Federation Code, 2020, No. 51, the Art. 8444).

2. This resolution becomes effective since September 1, 2023.

Changes which are made to Regulations on maximum permissible emissions, temporarily permitted emissions, maximum permissible standard rates of harmful physical impacts on atmospheric air and permissions to emissions of pollutants in atmospheric air

1. In the subitem "b" of Item 11 of the word of "the state ecological supervision" shall be replaced with words "the state environmental control (supervision)".
