About payments in the form of subsidies per unit of the agricultural products realized and (or) sent to processing (conversion)

Based on subitem 7.1 of Item 7 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of July 17, 2014 No. 347 "About the state agrarian policy", and also for the purpose of realization of the Regulations on procedure for subsidizing of activities of the subjects performing activities in the field of the agro-industrial production approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 9, 2014 No. 954, Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Determine that in 2023:

1.1. from means of local budgets direct payments in the form of subsidies per unit of the agricultural products realized * and (or) sent to processing (conversion) in the territory of the Republic of Belarus are provided (further – allowances);

* Treat the sold agricultural products:

products sold to the organizations performing activities for processing (conversion) of agricultural products in the territory of the Republic of Belarus;

products sold to management companies for subsequent its realization to the organizations performing activities for processing (conversion) of agricultural products in the territory of the Republic of Belarus. The management company is understood as the commercial organization performing activities in the territory of the Republic of Belarus in which trust management stocks (share in authorized fund) of agricultural organization are transferred or to which powers of executive body of agricultural organization are delegated.

1.2. types of agricultural products on which allowances are paid are implemented and (or) sent to processing (conversion):

cow's milk;

milk mare's;

milk goat;

milk sheep;

the young growth of cattle of milk breeds made on livestock objects for cultivation and fattening of cattle;

cattle of meat breeds and their hybrids;

sheep;

wool sheep;

millet (classes 1 and 2);
