1. The subitem 3) Standard rates of number of subscribers of office phones, faxes and mobile phones for employees of the bodies of public management (except for government telephone communication) approved by the Order of the Government No. 1362/2005 (2005, Art. No. 176-181, 1469), with subsequent changes, to add the official Monitor of the Republic of Moldova with the paragraph of the following content:

"For employees of bodies of probation for the purpose of accomplishment of the service duties by them on supervision, assistance and consultation of subjects of probation, and also for the personnel of system of penitentiary administration which are engaged in convoy of prisoners, organization of events on rapid response in exceptional cases and the organization of the internal actions requiring approval out of penal institution subscriptions of mobile communication within 150 numbers (lines) for each body can be provided;".

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
