About modification of some regulations

The Parliament adopts this organic law.

Art. I. - Part (2) article 2 of the Law on the status of personnel of office of persons who are taking up responsible state positions, No. 80/2010 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2010, Art. No. 117-118, 357), with subsequent changes, after words "national lawyer", to add with the words "the national lawyer on protection of the rights of the child".

Art. II. - In the Law on the national lawyer (ombudsman) No. 52/2014 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2014, Art. No. 110-114, 278), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

1. In Article 1:

in part (1) words "non-profit organizations", to exclude;

part (to state 3) in the following edition:

In case of explicit crime and in case of the crimes provided by Articles 243, 324-328 and 330-2 Criminal codes No. 985/2002, the consent of Parliament for detention, arrest or search is not required. All legal proceedings concerning the national lawyer, except as specified explicit crime, can be performed only after pronouncement of the resolution on the beginning of criminal prosecution, with observance of the guarantees established by the constitutional regulations and the international acts.
