About approval of Rules of maintaining the state land cadastre

1. Approve the enclosed Rules of maintaining the state land cadastre.

2. Declare invalid the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic "Tajikistan of September 9, 1991 No. 273 "About procedure for maintaining the state land cadastre, monitoring of lands and the principles of payment for the earth".

Rules of maintaining the state land cadastre

I. General rules

1. The state land registry is kept according to the Land code of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About land management", the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About assessment of lands" and other regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Tajikistan for the purpose of ensuring the rights to use the parcels of land, quantitative and high-quality accounting and economic evaluation of lands.

2. The state land cadastre represents system of data and documents on natural, economic and legal regime of lands, their category, the quality characteristic and economic value, location and the sizes of the parcels of land, their distribution on land users.

3. Subject of the state land registry is the single land fund of the Republic of Tajikistan.
