I ORDER:

1. In the order of the Minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 5, 2014 No. 129 "About approval of Rules of development or adjustment, conducting necessary examinations of the investment offer of the state investment project, and also planning, consideration, selection, monitoring and assessment of realization of budget investments and determinations of feasibility of budget crediting" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 9938) the following changes:

in Rules of development or adjustment, conducting necessary examinations of the investment offer of the state investment project, and also planning, consideration, selection, monitoring and assessment of realization of budget investments and the determinations of feasibility of budget crediting approved by the specified order:

54) of Item 2 to state the subitem in the following edition:

"54) pilot project – the investment project planned to realization within the order of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan on construction of facilities in spheres of health care, education, housing construction in the city of Astana, Jambyl and North Kazakhstan areas provided in documents of System of state planning;";

In case of prolongation of term of conducting economic examination the legal entity determined by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan or local executive bodies on implementation of economic examination of FEO of the budget credit including corrected notifies the central or local authorized body on state planning on prolongation of conducting economic examination with appendix of the letter of ABP.

From the date of sending an inquiry and before submission of necessary information terms of conducting economic examination stop.

Result of economic examination of FEO of the budget credit including corrected is the positive conclusion or the negative conclusion, or the conclusion on completion.";
