RESOLUTION OF THE STATE COMMITTEE ON PROPERTY OF THE REPUBLIC OF BELARUS

About change of resolutions of the State committee on property of the Republic of Belarus of October 22, 2019 No. 13 and of October 22, 2019 No. 14

Based on part five of Item 11 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of September 19, 2022 No. 330 "About the order property", Item 14 of the Regulations on procedure for the order state-owned property approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of September 19, 2022 No. 330, of part one of subitem 1.11 of Item 1 of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Belarus of May 7, 2012 No. 6 "About stimulation of business activity in the territory of averages, small residential locations, the rural zone" of subitem 5.1 of Item 5 of the Regulations on the State committee on property of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 29, 2006 No. 958, the State committee on property of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Make changes to the following resolutions of the State committee on property of the Republic of Belarus:

1.1. in the resolution of the State committee on property of the Republic of Belarus of October 22, 2019 No. 13 "About forming of the list of not used and inefficiently used property":

in word preamble "parts six of Item 10 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of May 10, 2019 No. 169 "About the order state-owned property" shall be replaced with words "parts five of Item 11 of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of September 19, 2022 No. 330 "About the order property";

in the Instruction about procedure for forming of the list of the not used and inefficiently used property which is in property of the Republic of Belarus approved by this resolution:

in Item 2 of the word "on May 10, 2019 No. 169" shall be replaced with words "on September 19, 2022 No. 330";

in Item 3:
