1. Approve enclosed:

Procedure for election of representatives of the public in structure of the appeal commission for consideration of claims to the decision on loss of resident status action of City;

Procedure for giving and consideration of claims to decision on loss of resident status action of City, decision making by the appeal commission;

Procedure for representation and consideration of the report on compliance of resident action of City and independent conclusion.

2. Item 3 of the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 29, 2021 No. 1445 "Some questions of realization of provisions of the Law of Ukraine "On stimulation of development of digital economy in Ukraine" (2022, No. 8, the Art. 427) to add the Official Bulletin of Ukraine with the paragraph of the following content:

"Action of City (city.diia.gov.ua) is the technical administrator of the state web portal of legal regime the state company determined by the Ministry of digital transformation belonging to the sphere of management of the specified Ministry.".
