About modification of the Regulations on procedure for transfer, change of appointment and exchange of lands approved by the Order of the Government No. 1170/2016

Based on Articles 8, 36 and 83 Land codes No. 828/1991 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2001, No. 107, the Art. 817), with subsequent changes, DECIDES: the Government

In the Regulations on procedure for transfer, change of appointment and exchange of lands approved by the Order of the Government No. 1170/2016 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2016, Art. No. 369-378, 1265), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:

Paragraph one of Item 23 after the words "for their operation" to add 1) with the text "and under mining within mountain branch, the lands except for irrigated, pilot sites and lands of research institutions and educational institutions";

In paragraph three of Item 26 of the word "based on the decision of local council" to replace 2) with the text "according to the Regulations on procedure for write-off and stubbing of long-term plantings approved by the Order of the Government No. 705/1995";
