About change of resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus

1. Make changes to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:

1.1. to add Item 5 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Architecture of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 31, 2006 No. 973, with subitems 5.7-3 and 5.7-4 of the following content:

"5.7-3. determines accounting treatment for amounts of the single-family apartment houses and non-residential capital constructions of the fifth class of complexity finished with construction or reconstructed by citizens;

5.7-4. establishes form of the territorial passport of the single-family apartment house finished with construction or reconstructed by the citizen and non-residential capital constructions of the fifth class of complexity;";

1.2. include in the structure of the Currency and credit commission of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of March 2, 2011 No. 259, of Aleynik Sergey Fedorovich - the Minister of Foreign Affairs, having excluded from it V. V. Makey;

1.3. include in structure of the board of the Ministry of Architecture approved according to the paragraph the second Item 1 of the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 23, 2020 No. 434, A. A. Balashenko.

2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
