About modification of Rules of determination of the amount of the rent, and also procedure, conditions and terms of introduction of the rent for the lands which are in property of the Russian Federation

The government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to Rules of determination of the amount of the rent, and also procedure, conditions and terms of introduction of the rent for the lands which are in property of the Russian Federation, approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 16, 2009 No. 582 "About the basic principles of determination of the rent in case of lease of the parcels of land which are in the state-owned or municipal property and about Rules of determination of the amount of the rent, and also procedure, conditions and terms of introduction of the rent for the lands which are in property of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2009, No. 30, Art. 3821; 2011, No. 35, Art. 5084; 2014, No. 45, Art. 6217; 2017, No. 20, Art. 2918; 2018, No. 53, Art. 8666; 2020, No. 37, Art. 5742; 2021, No. 50, Art. 8587; 2022, No. 1, Art. 244).

2. The rent calculated by results of assessment of market value of the right of lease of the parcel of land about day of entry into force of the changes approved by this resolution is subject to recalculation after 5 years from the date of its establishment.
