About introduction of amendments to some Resolutions of Administrative board of the National agency on regulation in power

1. In the Regulations on connection to networks of natural gas and provision of services on transfer and distribution of natural gas approved by the Resolution of Administrative board of the National agency on regulation in power No. 112/2019 of April 19, 2019, registered in the Ministry of Justice at No. 1448 of May 16, 2019. (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2019, Art. No. 178-184, 911), with subsequent changes, to make the following changes:
add with Item 60-1 of the following content:
"60-1. Technological expenses and losses of natural gas in gas installation of not residential customer are determined by the system operator according to procedure of payments of technological expenses and losses of natural gas in gas installation of the not residential customer connected directly to the transferring network of natural gas, No. specified in appendix 52, and respectively, to the procedure of payments of technological expenses and losses of natural gas in gas installation of the not residential customer connected to distribution network specified in appendix No. 53 to the Provision".
