I ORDER:

1. Bring in the order of the Minister of investments and development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of June 13, 2017 No. 344 "About approval of Rules of appointment of aviation medical experts" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 15456) the following changes:

in Rules of appointment of the aviation medical experts approved by the specified order:

"2. In these rules the following terms and determinations are used:

1) the aviation medical center (further - AMTs) - the legal entity performing medical examination in the field of civil aviation;

2) the aviation medical expert (further - the expert) - the doctor having the certificate of the aviation medical expert which had training and having practical skills and the working life in the field of aviation medicine appointed by authorized organization in the field of civil aviation for carrying out medical surveys of the faces which are directly tied with accomplishment and ensuring flights of aircrafts and their maintenance, servicing of air traffic to receipt of certificates or qualification marks;

3) the certificate of the aviation medical expert (further - the certificate) - the document giving to the aviation medical expert the right to carry out medical examination and to issue the medical certificate;
