About introduction of amendments to some orders of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan

1. Bring the following changes in some orders of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) in the order of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 30, 2015 No. 227 "About approval of Rules of realization or use of the property arrested based on the court verdict on criminal case regarding confiscation of property or based on the decision on cession of property to the state" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 10813):

third of Item 12 to state part in the following edition:

"The inventory of the transferred property with indication of the amount which is subject to transfer in the relevant budget or in Fund of support of infrastructure of education is attached to the delivery-acceptance certificate.";

After 3 (three) months from the date of receipt of the commission order the act of the performed works is signed and the trade organization lists in the income of the relevant budget or in Fund of support of infrastructure of formation of means from the realized property, less cash cover of execution of the commission order on the realized property.";
