About modification of the Temporary procedure for registration and issue of the passport of the citizen of Ukraine

According to the Law of Ukraine of April 21, 2022 to No. 2217-IX "About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning regulation of legal regime in temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine" and the paragraph of third Item 2 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 28, 1992 No. 731 "About approval of the Regulations on state registration of regulatory legal acts of the ministries and other executive bodies", for the purpose of reduction of the regulatory legal act in compliance with the legislation of Ukraine I ORDER:

1. In heading and Items 1-3 of the Section IX of the Temporary procedure for registration and issue of the passport of the citizen of Ukraine approved by the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine of June 06, 2019 No. 456, the word No. 620/33591, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on June 14, 2019 "temporarily occupied territories in the Donetsk and Luhansk regions, the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol" shall be replaced with words "the territory of Ukraine which is temporarily occupied by the Russian Federation".

2. Of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine (Yurkov O.) to provide to management of interaction with the Public migratory service of Ukraine submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
