About modification of some regulations (the expense recovery mechanism on provision of the legal aid guaranteed by the state)

Art. I. - In the Executive code of the Republic of Moldova No. 443/2004 (repeated publication: The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2010, Art. No. 214-220, 704), with subsequent changes to make the following changes:

"Article 23-1. Expense recovery method on provision of the legal aid guaranteed by the state

(1) In the cases provided by Articles 22 and 23, the coordinator of territorial bureau passes the decision on expense recovery on provision of the legal aid guaranteed by the state, which:

a) goes to the addressee by mail the registered mail with the assurance of receipt or any other method providing confirmation of its obtaining (e-mail, the telegram, the fax etc.); or

b) is handed personally to the addressee or other persons specified in part (2).
