About modification of appendix 3 to the Law on single system of compensation in the budget sphere No. 270/2018

Art. I. - Item 11 of notes to the table 2 of appendix 3 to the Law on single system of compensation in the budget sphere No. 270/2018 (2018, 715), with subsequent changes, to state the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova to Art. No. 441-447, in the following edition:
"11. Compensation classes for the following state positions as a part of Central Election Commission raise in comparison with provided in the table as follows:
- on five consecutive classes - for the leading state positions;
- on ten consecutive classes - for executive state positions.".
Art. II. - In departure from part provisions (1) article 56 of the Law on regulations No. 100/2017 this law becomes effective from the date of its publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova and becomes effective since January 1, 2023.
