About modification of the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of March 29, 2013 No. 276

1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of March 29, 2013 No. 276 "About calculation of rates of the export customs duties on crude oil and separate types of goods developed from oil, and recognition voided some decisions of the Government of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2013, No. 13, Art. 1577; 2014, No. 2, Art. 140; No. 50, Art. 7066; 2015, No. 1, Art. 227; No. 49, Art. 6982; 2016, No. 14, Art. 2005; 2017, No. 47, Art. 6979; 2018, No. 17, Art. 2482; No. 52, Art. 8264; 2020, No. 52, Art. 8874).
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of official publication.

1. Add with Item 2 (1) the following content:
"2(1). Provide to the Federal Tax Service the direction in the Federal Customs Service with use of single system of interdepartmental electronic interaction of data on issue of the certificates specified in Item 2 method of calculation of rates of the export customs duties on separate types of goods developed from the oil approved by this resolution and also data on suspension or the termination of their action within one working day from the date of making of such actions.".
