About modification of the Procedure for filling of forms of the financial reporting in public sector

According to Article 56 of the Budget code of Ukraine, the Law of Ukraine "About financial accounting and the financial reporting in Ukraine" and the subitem 5 of item 4 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 375, I ORDER:

1. Bring in the Procedure for the filling of forms of the financial reporting in public sector approved by the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of February 28, 2017 No. 307, No. 384/30252 registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on March 21, 2017 (in edition of the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of November 29, 2017 No. 976), the following changes:

in Item 10 of the Section I:

in paragraph one after the words "are performed by carrying out transaction of the Integrated forces (further-OOS actions)" to add with the words "and/or the territories of the area of carrying out military (fighting) operations or which are in temporary occupation, cordon (blocking)";

in the paragraph the second ambassador of the words "and/or in the territory of conducting anti-terrorist operation or actions of OOS" to add with words ", and/or the territories of the area of carrying out military (fighting) operations or which are in temporary occupation, cordon (blocking)".

2. In accordance with the established procedure to provide to department of methodology of financial accounting and normative ensuring auditor activities:

submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;

promulgation of this order.
