For the purpose of further strengthening of social protection of the workers occupied in the scientific sphere, and I decide increases in the state care of them:
1. Since February 1, 2007 to raise on average for 25 percent the monthly official (tariff) pay rates of the workers financed from the government budget scientific established by the Single scale of charges and research establishments (except for National Academy of Sciences of Azerbaijan).
2. To the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic to resolve the issues following from this Order.
