About modification of some regulatory legal acts of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine

According to Item 8 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Health of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of March 25, 2015 No. 267 (in edition of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 24, 2020 to No. 90), for the purpose of prolongation of term of use of paper forms of leaves of disability and normative settlement of additional validation during creation of medical certificates in electronic health care system I ORDER:

1. Bring in the Procedure for maintaining the register of medical certificates in electronic health care system approved by the order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine of September 18, 2020 No. 2136, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on September 30, 2020 at No. 952/35235, such changes:

Item 3 in paragraph one after the words "based on medical records" to add 1) with words "(without mark about record cancellation)";

"The qualified digital signature of the doctor" to add 2) in Item 6 after words with words ", at the same time the doctor shall be in employment relationships with the subject of managing, or to be physical person - the entrepreneur which obtained the license for implementation of economic activity on medical practice.".

2. In Item 6 of the order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine of June 1, 2021 No. 1066 "Some questions of the forming of medical certificates of temporary disability and conducting their check" registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on June 02, 2021 for No. 728/36350, of the word and figures "till January 01, 2023" shall be replaced with words "for action of warlike situation and within three months from the date of its termination or cancellation".
