This Federal Law determines features of legal regulation of the relations connected with implementation in the territories of the Donetsk People's Republic, the Luhansk People's Republic, the Zaporizhia region and Kherson region of payments for compulsory social insurance on case of temporary disability and in connection with motherhood and payments for compulsory social insurance from labor accidents and occupational diseases to the citizens of the Russian Federation living or living in the specified territories and also the foreign citizens and persons without citizenship who are living or earlier living in the specified territories and left the specified territories in other subjects of the Russian Federation (further - citizens).
1. Realization of the right to payments for compulsory social insurance on case of temporary disability and in connection with motherhood and payments for compulsory social insurance from labor accidents and occupational diseases is performed by citizens since March 1, 2023 according to the procedure of, the sizes, amount and on conditions which are stipulated by the legislation the Russian Federation, taking into account the features established by this Federal Law.
2. In case of realization by citizens of the right to payments for compulsory social insurance on case of temporary disability and in connection with motherhood and payments for compulsory social insurance from labor accidents and occupational diseases the documents constituted in Ukrainian are accepted without transfer into Russian.
