1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About some questions of the Ministry of emergency situations of the Kyrgyz Republic" of November 15, 2021 No. 262 the following changes:

1) in Regulations on the Ministry of emergency situations of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution:

- to add the subitem 4 of Item 11 with the paragraph the eighth the following content:

"-carries out testing and certification of substances and materials in the field of fire safety according to statements of legal entities and physical persons;";

2) in the Scheme of management of the Ministry of emergency situations of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution:

- the words "the mechanized bases on emergency response (Jalal-Abad, Talas, Batken)" shall be replaced with words "the portable mechanized groups (Jalal-Abad, Talas, Batken)".

2. This resolution becomes effective after seven days from the date of official publication.
