1. Bring in the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic "About payment terms of work of the workers who are not belonging to the category of the government employees and occupied in public institutions including the organizations subordinated to state bodies of the executive authority of the Kyrgyz Republic" of August 1, 2022 No. 434 the following change:

- add appendix 5 with the note of the following content:

"Note: determine that the percentage allowance is paid to employees of public institution "Center of public-private partnership" for complexity, quality, results of work, manifestation of professional initiative, irregular working hours to 25% of official pay rate under National investments agency in case of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic.".
